White Galley Kitchen

Downtown Coeur d'Alene, IdahoKitchen Cabinetry

A bright galley kitchen built around one long, uninterrupted run of raised-panel cabinetry. The doors are a 45-degree shaker with a beveled outside edge, sprayed in SW Natural Cream, and every box in the room was built from 3/4" maple plywood at the homeowner's request. A hand-picked Italian-style backsplash runs all the way to the ceiling behind the range, warm gold hardware and fixtures carry the whole room, and quartzite counters tie the working surfaces together. Down at the end of the run, a single trash pullout was converted into a dedicated dog food station — the kind of small, specific detail we build in on almost every job.

White Galley Kitchen

Project Highlights

  • Backsplash To The Ceiling

The Italian-style tile runs full height behind the range instead of stopping at the uppers, which makes the whole wall the focal point.

  • Warm Gold Throughout

Gold pulls, knobs, and plumbing fixtures keep a soft cream kitchen from ever reading cold.

  • Maple Plywood Boxes

This homeowner chose maple plywood instead of our standard birch — same 3/4", 7-ply construction, a lighter, tighter grain inside every cabinet.

  • A Cabinet For The Dog

A single trash pullout was spec'd as a dog food station, sized to the bin the family already owned.

Crafted Details

Dovetailed drawer boxes with custom wood dividers keep utensils and tools exactly where they belong.

Premium Finishes

Hand-sanded, catalyzed finishes and solid hardware chosen to hold up to daily family use.

Built To The Room

Every cabinet is cut to the room's real dimensions — no filler strips, no wasted inches.
