Quotes & Estimates

• Quotes are based on the plans, measurements, and selections provided at the time of pricing.
• Unless stated otherwise, quotes are valid for 30 days and are subject to material cost changes after that.
• Changes to layout, materials, finishes, or hardware after approval may change pricing and lead time.

Orders & Approvals

Production begins only after you approve the final drawings and selections in writing. Approved drawings govern the build, so please review dimensions, door styles, finishes, and hardware carefully before signing off.

Payment Terms

• A deposit is required to place an order and reserve production time.
• The remaining balance is due prior to or at delivery unless other terms are agreed to in writing.
• Past-due balances may delay delivery or remaining work.

Lead Times & Scheduling

Lead times are estimates given in good faith and can shift due to material availability, finish schedules, or job-site readiness. We will keep you updated if your delivery date changes.

Delivery — We Do Not Install

BoxCraft Cabinets builds and delivers cabinetry. We do not provide installation. Installation, scribing, final fitting, plumbing, electrical, and countertop work are the responsibility of the customer or their contractor.

Someone must be available to receive and inspect the delivery. Please inspect all items at delivery and note any damage or shortage at that time.

Measurements & Site Conditions

Unless BoxCraft performs a field measure, the customer is responsible for the accuracy of dimensions provided. Walls, floors, and ceilings that are out of square or level may require on-site adjustment during installation.

Natural Material Variation

Wood is a natural material. Color, grain, and finish will vary between pieces and may change over time with light exposure. Samples and photos are representative, not exact matches.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected cabinetry. We are not liable for indirect or consequential costs such as installation labor, countertop rework, or project delays.

Governing Law
