Builder Questions, Answered
What's your typical lead time?+
For spec and semi-custom packages, we quote 4–6 weeks from approved drawings. Custom projects vary based on scope — we lock a schedule up front and hold it.
Do you handle installation?+
No. BoxCraft manufactures and delivers cabinetry but does not install it. Installation is completed separately by the customer's contractor or installer. We can recommend independent installers when needed.
How does volume pricing work?+
We build a tiered pricing agreement based on your projected annual volume. The more homes you build, the better your rate — with pricing locked for the year.
Can we customize a spec package?+
Absolutely. Most of our builders start with a base spec package and offer optional upgrades to buyers. We handle the change orders cleanly.
What areas do you serve?+
North Idaho and Spokane primarily — including Coeur d'Alene, Post Falls, Hayden, Rathdrum, Sandpoint, and greater Spokane County.
