End User Agreement

Acceptance

By visiting boxcraftcabinets.com, submitting a form, or using any BoxCraft Cabinets online tool, you agree to this End User Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or tools.

This agreement covers use of the website itself. Purchases of cabinetry are governed by your written quote or order along with our Terms & Conditions, Warranty, and Cancellation policies.

Permitted Use

• Use the site to learn about our products, view project galleries, and request quotes or information.
• Use any account or portal we provide only for your own projects with BoxCraft Cabinets.
• Provide accurate contact and project information when submitting a request.

Prohibited Use

• Scraping, crawling, or bulk-copying site content, photos, or pricing without written permission.
• Attempting to access non-public areas, accounts, or systems, or interfering with site operation.
• Uploading malware, spam, or unlawful, infringing, or misleading content.
• Reselling, sublicensing, or presenting our content or project photos as your own work.

Accounts & Access

If we issue you login credentials for a customer or builder portal, you are responsible for keeping them confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us right away at info@boxcraftcabinets.com if you believe your access has been compromised. We may suspend or end access at any time for misuse.

Your Submissions

You keep ownership of the plans, measurements, photos, and other material you send us. You grant BoxCraft Cabinets permission to use that material to prepare quotes, drawings, and build your order. Do not send material you do not have the right to share.

Our Content

Site text, photography, drawings, and branding are owned by BoxCraft Cabinets or used with permission and may not be reproduced without written consent. Project photos show completed work and are illustrative; wood grain, color, and finish vary between builds.

Quotes & Information

Prices, lead times, and availability shown or discussed online are estimates and are not binding until confirmed in a written quote signed by BoxCraft Cabinets. BoxCraft builds and delivers cabinetry; we do not install.

Third-Party Services

The site uses third-party services for hosting, analytics, messaging, and scheduling. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms. Links to other websites are provided for convenience and are not endorsements.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The website and online tools are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. To the fullest extent allowed by law, BoxCraft Cabinets is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site, and our total liability related to the site is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, for site access.

Changes

We may update this agreement as our services change. The revision date above shows the latest version, and continued use of the site means you accept the current terms.
