We Build and Deliver — We Do Not Install
BoxCraft Cabinets manufactures and delivers custom cabinetry. Installation is not included in any quote, order, or delivery unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Customer or Contractor Responsibilities
- Installation, leveling, scribing, and final fitting of all cabinetry.
- Plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance connections.
- Countertop templating, fabrication, and installation.
- Trim, filler, and toe-kick fitting to site conditions.
- Wall, floor, and ceiling preparation and any structural blocking.
Delivery & Receiving
Someone must be present to receive and inspect the delivery. Cabinetry should be inspected for damage or shortage at the time of delivery and noted before our crew leaves. Once delivered, storage and protection of the cabinetry is the customer's responsibility.
Measurements & Site Conditions
Unless BoxCraft performs a field measure, the customer is responsible for the accuracy of all dimensions provided. Rooms that are out of square, level, or plumb may require on-site adjustment during installation, which is normal for custom cabinetry.
Warranty Impact
Our warranty covers our workmanship and materials. It does not cover damage, misalignment, door or drawer function issues, or finish damage caused by improper installation, handling, or job-site conditions.
Installer Referrals
We are happy to share names of local installers we have worked with. Any referral is a convenience only — installers are independent and are not employees, agents, or subcontractors of BoxCraft Cabinets, and we are not responsible for their work.
