What Is Covered

BoxCraft Cabinets warrants its cabinetry against defects in workmanship and materials for one (1) year from the delivery date, to the original purchaser.

• Cabinet box and face frame construction.
• Door and drawer front construction, including joinery.
• Finish defects such as peeling or flaking caused by our application process.
• Drawer slides and hinges are additionally covered by the manufacturer's own warranty.

What Is Not Covered

• Installation-related issues — we build and deliver, we do not install.
• Damage from moisture, steam, extreme heat, or standing water.
• Normal wear, scratches, dents, or damage from abuse, misuse, or improper cleaning products.
• Natural variation in wood grain and color, and normal color change over time.
• Movement caused by house settling, humidity swings, or out-of-square site conditions.
• Customer-supplied materials, hardware, or finishes.
• Product that has been modified, refinished, or repaired by others.

How to Make a Claim

Call 208-262-8383 or email info@boxcraftcabinets.com with your name, delivery date, and clear photos of the issue. We will review the claim and respond with next steps.

Our Remedy

For a valid claim, BoxCraft will repair or replace the affected component at our option. Replacement parts are made to match as closely as possible; exact finish and grain matches cannot be guaranteed on aged cabinetry. Removal, reinstallation, countertop work, and related trades are not covered.

Care & Maintenance

• Wipe spills promptly with a soft, damp cloth and dry the surface.
• Avoid ammonia, bleach, abrasive pads, and silicone-based polishes.
• Keep indoor humidity reasonably stable and vent steam away from cabinet faces.

Transferability

This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable unless agreed to in writing.
